Santa Clara, California, December 27, 2017 – Kyligence, a leading big data intelligence platform, announces the general availability of Kyligence Cloud, a cloud big data Platform as a Service (PaaS) for big data analytics at web scale for large enterprise users. Powered by cutting-edge OLAP technologies combined with cloud-based best practices, Kyligence Cloud provides its customers with a fast, secure, scalable, and cost-efficient big data analytics solution.

Kyligence Cloud is generally available on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). By deploying Kyligence Cloud, users can easily migrate their on-premises data analytics applications to the cloud, and take full advantage of the scalability and flexibility of cloud-based technologies.

“A growing number of our customers are planning to move their big data application onto cloud in the near future. Kyligence Cloud is designed to help them with this transition,” said Luke Han, Kyligence co-founder and CEO. “Our mission is to help unleash the big data productivity for every company, and Kyligence Cloud is our latest step towards that mission of turning our customers’ data into business value.”

Kyligence Cloud’s key features include:

One-Click Provision

Users can launch a Hadoop cluster and Kyligence Analytics Platform (KAP) stack with one click, so engineers can spend more time on programming business logic, less time on managing infrastructure.

On-Demand Resource Allocation

Users can flexibly expand or reduce computing resources dynamically to meet the needs of their on-demand workload, while achieving a balance between cost and performance.

Native Cloud Storage

Kyligence Cloud integrates seamlessly with the native cloud storage services of AWS and Azure. Users can upload their source data to S3 or Azure Blob storage and directly consume them without any additional data movement.

High Availability

With data in Amazon RDS or S3 bucket, users can rely on more than 99.95% availability. The KAP instance’s availability is also ensured by the cloud technology’s high availability service, including auto-scaling group and elastic load balancer. This means the stack is far more stable than a traditional architecture.

DevOps Friendly

DevOps can easily monitor tasks on Kyligence Cloud’s web console, such as deployment process, operation process, and job history. This interface is designed to be user-friendly, allowing quick access to audit logs for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.

By deploying Kyligence Robot (a part of the Kyligence Cloud product suite), DevOps can quickly conduct health inspection. It provides an overview of cube, query, job, storage, and user activity to help your team perform runtime inspection and resource planning.

Data as a Service

Companies can deploy production-grade data processes quickly for any analytics workload. Business analysts can easily explore data with our built-in business intelligence tool, Kyligence Analyzer, or third-party solutions, like Apache Zeppelin and Power BI, without complex preparation.

24/7 Support

Kyligence Cloud provides 24/7 support with tickets, documentation, tutorials, and automated online Kyligence Robot service.
