Shanghai, China, June 22, 2017 - Kyligence, a company founded by the early contributors to Apache Kylin, graduated from Microsoft Accelerator Shanghai (MASH). Kyligence is now ready to take one step further in becoming a global leader in Big Data Analytics.
Outcompeted thousands of incorporations, Kyligence became one of 14 exceptional start-ups in the MASH program in January 2017. Since then, Kyligence has established a strong long-term relationship with Microsoft.
With ongoing support from Microsoft Accelerator Alumni program, Kyligence would focus on strengthening its core technology and expanding its international market in the near future. Having served GUOTAI JUNAN Securities, Lenovo, OPPO and other customers, Kyligence is now offering its technologies to various industries, such as banking, insurance, securities, telecom, manufactory, retail and so on.
Moreover, as one of Kyligence’s core products, an enterprise extreme OLAP on Hadoop — Kyligence Analytics Platform (KAP) is already available in Microsoft Azure Marketplace globally (include China region). HDInsight users can now provision an end-to-end cluster analysis on-cloud within several minutes through HDInsight Application or Kyligence Cloud.
Luke Han, the co-founder and CEO of Kyligence, shared his plan at the MASH graduation ceremony. “We are now working closely with Microsoft. We will integrate our technology more seamlessly with Azure, Power BI and many other products from Microsoft.”
Founded in early 2016, Kyligence was started by the early contributors to the open source Apache Kylin project and veterans of eBay’s Big Data team.
