Kyligence actively embraces and contributes to open-source technology while serving enterprise-level customers.
Apache Kylin is a leading open-source OLAP engine for big data that allows you to query trillions of data rows at sub-second latency. It can be seamlessly integrated with Hadoop or Spark and BI. In August 2021, Apache Kylin 4.0.0, a major architectural upgrade from previous versions, was released with a simplified deployment architecture, moving closer towards being cloud-native.
Byzer is a distributed programming language for big data and AI that facilitates user implementation. Users can deploy Byzer locally or instantly extend computing power and storage to the cloud. Deployment on proprietary distributed clusters is also possible.
Apache Kylin was open sourced in October 2014. In November 2015, Apache Kylin graduated from the Apache Incubator to become a top-level Apache Software Foundation project and is now a leading open-source OLAP engine for big data. As a powerful framework in the big data landscape, Apache Kylin has been adopted by thousands of organizations worldwide.
Kylin enables rapid scaling to support sub-second query response on PB-level data. It provides high concurrency and low-latency query performance at a minimal cost via its pre-computing technology and a high-performance distributed computing framework. The latest Apache Kylin 4 supports Hadoop deployment and local cache to accelerate the query performance of cloud deployment.
