Senior Manager of Growth

About the Role

Senior Manager of Growth at Kyligence plays a critical role. You are expecting to have a product-led growth (PLG) mindset with deep expertise in building and scaling a B2B self-serve GTM motion in a SAAS setting. You’ll be responsible for launching products in the US and marketing and growth campaigns to accelerate acquisition of B2B self-serve customers; crafting effective messaging, positioning, and assets for such self-serve segments; and working in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders across the company.

What You’ll Be Doing at Kyligence

  • Adopt the modern technology infrastructure (PLG first) and tools to enable the Growth team to target and engage with prospects and customers and track marketing campaigns’ performance.
  • Actively set up the community and build relationships with KOLs based on open-source Apache Kylin branding.
  • Organize content marketing strategy to drive awareness and gain traffic.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success team to develop efficientand scalable processes to maximize marketing investment.
  • Partner closely with Product team to find new and interesting ways to drive new usage and to build effective campaigns that drive platform growth and marketing pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the rest of Marketing team and Product team on PLG initiatives to drive sales.


What We’d like to See from You

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B growth and marketing, PLG is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing a team and achieving good results.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing and contents marketing, and familiarity with communities like ProductHunt is preferred.
  • Hands-on mindset, execution capacity, and determination to get things done.
  • Ability to respond quickly and adapt to new scenarios / priorities.
  • Resilient - startup experience is a plus.
